Quality Quest Time

Quality Quest- Workshop, APP 2009

This workshop will help pharmacies to recognise and benefit from ‘Continuous Quality Improvement’ (CQI) tools that can improve business systems and create efficiencies. An expert in quality systems will use recent pharmacy case studies to workshop with attendees how these tools can be used in practise and how they can be applied. This is a hands on and practical workshop which will give you the tools to become a CQI expert in your own pharmacy!
