Privacy and Spam Statement
The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, the NSW Branch and the NSW Pharmacy Guild collect, use and disclose Members’ personal information for the following purposes:
- To be included in the National and Branch’s databases which may be disclosed to persons or companies or government agencies, whom the Guild is satisfied may provide a benefit to a Member or Members;
- To provide information to related Health organisations for research and promotional purposes;
- To provide Members with information about Guild products, services and events;
- To provide Members (free of charge) with direct marketing communications that may be of interest to Members;
- To provide Members with Guild publications;
- For the purposes of lodging a complaint against the Government or Government agency (Federal, State or Territory);
- To comply with Government regulations such as training programs or tax purposes;
- To draft legally binding agreements for Guild Programs.
Members are entitled to gain access to their information and may do so by making a written request to the Guild’s Membership Department.
